IOT Based Power Supply Control from 4 Different Sources using Arduino MEGA

Project Overview:

The main purpose of this project is to provide continuous power supply to a load, by selecting the supply from any of the four sources, they are solar, battery backup, electricity and generator automatically in case if one the source is absent. The necessity of electricity is increasing day by day and the frequent power cuts of electricity are causing many problems in different areas like banks, colleges/schools, hospitals, Houses, and industries. Thus, there is a requirement for an alternate arrangement of power supply. This arrangement can be designed by using embedded system or IOT. When a source, Solar fails the supply automatically shifts to next priority source battery backup, then to electricity and when all the power supply will fail, then shifted to the emergency power source generator. All the power sources are mapped by mobile application and all the process also can be manually controlled by mobile application. The power source availability or capacity will be shown in mobile app as well as in hardware through LED also.
